How does early exit work?

Profits are shared after project fulfillment and platform charges (6% of profit) and broker commission (4%) are deducted.

Partners are supposed to stay waiting till maturity (when buyer pays for the commodities supplied) usually between 1 to 3 and half months. In the case a partner is unable to wait till buyer pays for supplies. Som-bi Super (A liquidity provider) will payout the partner's principal contribution plus profit deducting the remaining days till fulfilment. Som-bi Super will then wait till project fulfilment to receive returns.

Payment to Partner Partner

Contribution plus projected returns minus number of days till project fulfilment.

Refund of principal paid to exited partner plus 1.2% of profit multiplied by number of days waited and deducted from exit partner's returns
